HOW IT WORKS
ONLINE PLATFORM
First we will get you set up on our online platform where you will find your programming timeline, workout calendar with videos, and nutrition guidance. This will allow synchronized virtual and in-person coaching.
NUTRITION GUIDELINES
Next we will create a nutrition plan that is healthy and energizing, easy to follow, and addresses the imbalances or inconsistencies in your current diet.
PROGRAM TIMELINE
Before we hit the gym we will set up a 1-6 month training plan and establish a measurable goal with an associated timeline for expected success.
TRAINING SESSIONS
Once we have agreed on a plan and everything is in place it's time to get to work! We will always start by addressing weak muscles or movement patterns, correcting postural defects, and building a baseline of overall fitness. Once that solid base has been built, we can completely shift our focus to your specific fitness goals!
